Splinter meeting & workshop request

Before submitting a splinter meeting / workshop request, please check the splinter meeting overview for vacant time slots.

For splinter meetings or workshops organized by participants during the course of the conference, 15–20 September 2019 (Sunday to Friday), we have reserved rooms free of charge (either with or without projector) for the splinter meeting/workshop organizer(s). Splinter meetings and workshops, and the respective room are not available for booking as an extension of a regular programme session. Splinter meeting / workshop requests for Sunday are subject to availability of the room.

The splinter meeting & workshop rooms are available with different capacities. Please indicate your expected number of attendees and if you need a room with a projector (computers are not provided in splinter meeting & workshop rooms).

Please note that every participant of a splinter meeting or workshop must be registered for the conference.

Please indicate your time-block preference which will be handled on a first come - first serve basis. Please note that formal sessions have priority over splinter meetings / workshops for the allocation of the room. The meeting room can be reserved for the following time blocks, whereby max. 2 successive time blocks can be blocked per splinter meeting/workshop:

Sunday – Friday, 15–20 September 2019
Block I 08:30–10:00
Block II 10:30–12:00
Lunch Block 12:15–13:15
Block III 13:30–15:00
Block IV 15:30–17:00
Block V 17:15–18:30

In order to reserve a room for a Splinter meeting / workshop, please submit your request below (Copernicus Office user ID and password are required).

Your request will be reviewed by the Scientific Organizing Committee and you will be informed by email. Although splinter meetings and workshops can be booked until 31 August 2019, please note that only those booked prior to 13 July 2019 will appear in the printed programme book.
